Shipping cost & method

We ship our orders using variuos courier companies and som. It is a flat fee of $10.00.

Please note: Allow 14 days for delivery, as specified on our Terms & Conditions page.

International Shipping

We can ship internationally but will need to quote based on the parcel weight and destination. Please contact us for a quote on fashion@fashionistadepot.com.au Our Free shipping on your first order when you subscribe to our newsletter, unfortunately can not apply to international orders.

Returns

At Fashionista Depot, we want all our savvy bargain hunters to be truly happy and we understand that buying online may be a little scary if you don’t know the labels sizing or are new at buy online. So for your convenience, we offer free returns for up to 14 days after you receive your items. We ask that the garments have not been worn and the tags still attached.

We don’t sell ‘seconds’ and all our items are quality controlled before leaving our warehouse, so on the rare occasion, your goods are faulty, Please return to us free of charge. We will do our best to replace, providing we still have the goods in stock.

If you do have a return, please firstly email our customer service www.fashionistadepot.com.au and we will organize prompt return pick up and hold any other sizes you may need to change.
